PASSERIFORMES: Corcoracidae
Struthidea cinerea
The Apostlebird's plumage, although a fairly uniform grey, is very distinctive and attractive.
The birds are accustomed to people stopping to eat at the Popiltah Rest Area on the Silver City Highway and approach closely looking for crumbs.
